Support Services

    We will be requesting donated items such  as, tooth paste, shaving cream, liquid soap, for patient higein, and comforter blankets. The Lake City Florida VA Hospital has stated a need for the above Items.

    Also the donation of Electronic Wii game players that we have been told are being used for rehabilitation of handicap patients.

    Our annual Poppa Joe's Books for Vets Run is under this area. We gather togeather at post and except donations of novel type books, CD movies, and New unopened board games to be escorted by contributors to the VA Hospital in Lake City.

    Possible volunteer drivers for the Veteran's van at the Valdosta VA Clinic. They will take our local Vets to Lake City and Gainsville hospitals.

 We will be requesting items for our troops who are over seas to keep their moral high. Such items as phone cards, Hersheys candy bars, and other things they are asking for while in an area of conflict.
